この台湾特有な人と山により、桂圓甘（ケーエンカン：蜂蜜、リュウガン干し、コーヒー）を世界に広める。


何百年前、人と人は「放伴」（台湾語　意味：お互い助け合う）という約束を守り、お互い助け合い、山に入った。


「風土」と会う：リュウガン林が土地を守り、全ての生き物の世話をする。

「風味」を生み出す：蜂蜜、リュウガン干し、コーヒー。天然の三種類の産物が共生する。

「風格」を活かす：リュウガン干し工房の生活・木の上でご馳走する・「放伴」の宴。何百年後の今、人と山いつもの「放伴」


仙湖農場から与える「食べる・泊まる・遊ぶ・買う・眺める」の意味により、台湾特有の風土・風味・風格を感じる。

Where people and mountains belong together, Taiwan originates the sweetness of Longan.

Over a century ago, people upheld an unspoken vow called “Fàng-bàn”—a promise of companionship and mutual aid—guiding one another into the embrace of the mountains.

There, among the longan tree forests, the land itself sheltered water and life, nurturing all beings.

From this soil of generosity grew flavors of three companions in harmony—honey, longan, and coffee—each sustaining and enriching the other.

Here, life is expressed with humble elegance: cooking fires on earthen stoves within rustic dwellings, lunches beneath the treetops, and gatherings of Fàng-bàn / Pàng-phuànn where people and mountains meet as equals. More than a hundred years on, this spirit of companionship endures.

At Senwho Leisure Farm, through the experiences of savor, stay, stroll, shop, and see, one may truly encounter Taiwan’s unique land, flavor, and way of life.

Senwho Leisure Farm is located in Dongshan, Tainan. From Taoyuan International Airport, the journey takes approximately 2.5 hours (Taoyuan Airport → Taoyuan HSR Station → Chiayi HSR Station → Senwho Leisure Farm).

日常の甘さ、森中の甘味の源は人脈と山脈。


「ケーエンカン」とは蜂蜜、リュウガン干し、コーヒーであり、この山林で共生する三種類の産物の風味である。

「人と山」とは謙虚な心を持ってこの山林に溶け込む。そして何百年、六代にわたり、山林と共存し、環境に優しい農作業と暮らし方である。


「モウモウ」に通すー自然に熟成された蜂蜜は山林の花の香りをしている。職人の伝統的な技で作られたリュウガン干しは何百年わたる甘さを受け継ぐ。コーヒーを通し、この土地の風味を伝わる。ケーエンカンを今の日常に溶け込み、その美しさと甘さの源は人と山が共存する農作業である。

Guiyuan Gan—longan’s gentle essence—embodies the co-existence of honey, longan, and coffee (Mi-Gui-Fei), flavors flourishing in harmony.

台南市のこの山地域特有の「焙灶寮」（台湾語）はリュウガン干しを作る工房であり、そこも旬の二か月に農家の住処。宿泊エリア「迎山」のデザインの源であり、「迎山」の茶席で何百年前の光景を再現する。

Ying-Shan (Embrace the mountain) & Beizao-liao (Taiwan Traditional Longan Roasting House)

Unique to the mountains of Tainan, the “Beizao-liao” is both the traditional roasting site for firewood-dried longans and the seasonal dwelling of farming families. Today, it serves as the design inspiration for the “Ying-Shan” lodging experience. Within this space, tea gatherings framed by the stove house connect guests to a century of tradition through all five senses.

本味作坊は山頂にあるカフェ。自家製と地元の特産を活かし、コーヒー・ドリンク・お菓子・スイーツなどと融合する。「山村のキッチン」イベントもそこで行う。

Located at the mountaintop, Honmi Workshop is a dining space that highlights both our own harvests and local agricultural produce. It offers coffee, beverages, picnics, waffles, and desserts, blending the authentic flavors of the mountain with a contemporary touch. Within the workshop, you will also find the ”Rural Kitchen.”

豚肉の煮込みと焼き魚・チキンスープ・野菜により、何百年にわたる地元の飲食文化の伝承を伝える。

Village Feast features stewed meats, grilled dishes, hot pots, and seasonal mountain vegetables, carrying on a century-old local dining tradition once shared in traditional longan roasting house, treetop gatherings, and Fàng-bàn (companionship) parties.
